Venues<\/h1><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-group alignfull has-text-color has-background has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-group-is-layout-442a2410 wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\" style=\"color:#142B3B;background-color:#F7F4ED;padding-top:56px;padding-right:24px;padding-bottom:56px;padding-left:24px\"><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dates for the Edition<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Application opening and closing dates, the preliminary recording period, result announcements, final rounds and award ceremonies will be confirmed in the edition announcement. Applications are not currently open on this website.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">International Preliminaries<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Routes may include global online entry, live North American rounds, overseas partner rounds, officially authorized regional rounds and referrals from designated partner competitions. All routes follow the same basic eligibility, duration and assessment requirements. A referral does not automatically confer advancement.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Live North American Final<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toronto, Canada is the proposed host city, subject to confirmation. Final dates, venues, registration, rehearsal, draw and performance-order arrangements will be announced officially. Competition and award activities may take place on separate days.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Invited entrants must confirm their place and submit final repertoire, personnel, technical needs and required documents by the stated deadline. Failure to confirm on time constitutes withdrawal.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Venues, Accompaniment &amp; Travel<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entrants arrange their own travel documents and immigration formalities. Advancement does not guarantee a visa or entry permission. Entrants normally arrange their own live accompanists; the organizing committee only undertakes coordination where expressly offered in the edition announcement.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entrants are responsible for special instruments, music stands, accompanists and equipment. Piano and basic venue provision follow the technical list for the edition. Unjustified lateness, absence or unauthorized personnel changes may result in disqualification. Illness or transport disruption must be documented promptly for a fair decision on possible adjustments.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minors &amp; Schedule Changes<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Minors attending live North American activities must be accompanied by a guardian or an adult authorized in writing by the guardian.
