Enquiries & Partnerships

The public email, enquiry hours, regional contacts and partnership details will be confirmed in the official edition announcement. The administrative account email is not automatically a public contact address.

Procedural Review & Emergencies

Written review channels, venue contacts and emergency procedures will be announced by the committee. Procedural objections are due within five working days of result notification; a response is normally due within ten working days of complete materials being received.

Personal Information & Privacy

The regulations limit necessary collection to applications, verification, adjudication, operations, safety, result notifications and certificates, with restricted access and published retention periods. Identity documents, date-of-birth evidence and minors’ contact details must not be unnecessarily disclosed to jurors or the public. Cross-border transfers and public media use require applicable authorization.

Specific privacy notices, retention periods, consent choices and contacts remain to be completed before applications open. Identity-document upload, entry payments and enquiry submission are not enabled on this page.
